Description
This offer was made possible by Art. 14 para. 2 HRegV, which came into force on January 1, 2021. Based on this article, the Federal Commercial Registry Office (FCRO) makes available to the public, free of charge, the data of active legal entities that are necessary for their identification and that come from the central database of legal entities. A new feature is that the number of queries is no longer limited. With the query via LINDAS, it is thus possible to obtain result lists without size restrictions, e.g. the list of legal entities registered in a municipality.
