Statische Waldgrenzen in Bauzonen. Im Rahmen eines Waldfeststellungsverfahrens wird ein Waldfeststellungsplan erstellt. Die dort festgelegten Waldgrenzen sind rechtlich verbindlich, unabhängig von den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen.
