Solothurnerinnen und Solothurner finden bei aussergewöhnlichen Ereignissen bei zentralen Notfalltreffpunkten Informationen, Schutz und Hilfe. Ein engmaschiges Netz von 139 Notfalltreffpunkten spannt sich über den ganzen Kanton. Diese "Leuchttürme" dienen der Solothurner Bevölkerung, wenn gar nichts mehr geht.
